The whole problem is in my mind. So to get started preparing for a change may be helpful. Because so far today: no change.
This week has been one big excuse (it's finals.)
However, what I'm learning is to re-direct my mind to NO EXCUSES. There should be nothing about life that causes bad eating and exercise habits. (Though sometimes there is a time constraint...) However, FOOD should not change.
80% of our weight is what we put in our mouths. So next time I have finals:
1. I will plan my meals on Sunday and go grocery shopping.
2. Even if I forgo a few workouts, I will do so for sleep.
