Eating
1. Drink a large cup of water before each meal.
2. Eat a small salad before lunch and dinner.
3. Eat lunch after noon.
4. Eat meals at the dinner table.
5. Brush and floss teeth after dinner.
6. IF you eat in front of the television, the maximum amount you can consume is a 100 calorie snack pack of popcorn.
7. Most importantly : WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN.
Exercise
1. FIVE times per week. No ifs, ands or buts. In the first few weeks, 20 minutes around the building at lunch is acceptable.
2. Weights if you sit in front of the television.
Goals
Determine them.
Work toward them.
YOU CAN DO IT!!!
