On your mark, get set...

...GO!

Starting tomorrow. Here is my plan for the entire day:

- Wake up. Do stretches as the way to get my blood pumping in the morning. Breathe deeply and envision myself eating correctly and taking a 30 minute walk in my office building. (Heat egg whites on low while stretching.)
- Breakfast - Egg Whites
- Snack - Apple or Orange
- Noon - 30 minute walk around the building (Take stairs. Time yourself and determine how long one loop takes.)
- Lunch - Chicken (TJ's) and frozen veggies
- Snack - Mini Chicken with Stars
- Happy Hour - no food. Two glasses of wine.
- Dinner - Pollock & veggies
- Write out my plan for Saturday before I go to bed.

You can do it, Jen :) You deserve to be healthy.
