Write it down and plan ahead

I've got breakfast logged already. Lunch too, actually and I'm being a typical mid-westerner and determining what's for dinner at 7:30 am so I can plan out calories and consumption.

Set an alarm to get away from my desk for a liberating walk through the building - using the stairs. Haven't done it yet. WILL!

Keep on trucking. Anything is better than the gluttony that was December.

Once I get into a rhythm, we'll address emotional eating.

AM I HUNGRY?!

It is so nice to see your blogs again. 2009 IS going to be a good year – because I said so! :o)

I think alarms are a great idea. I have one set on my phone to go off every day at 11am to remind me to do something active. Being an emotional person, if I ignore it, I feel guilty, because my phone's feelings will totally be hurt. Which, in turns, gets me out of the house at least for a quick walk with the dog.
