If at first you don't succeed, blog, blog again...

Shall we?

So Raw Food Detox, huh? I can handle that...

I'm already thinking about how delish my fun salad with be at lunch and how I get to start prepping it in an hour (maybe I need a snack.)

Fruit for breakfast (and the snack) and here is what's for lunch:

- Blended greens: romaine, arugula, spinach
- Radishes
- Green Onion
- Broccoli Slaw
- Carrots
- Celery
- Tomatoes
- Snap Peas
- Cucumber
- Mushrooms
- 1/3 c. raw sunflower seeds

Dressing: 1/2 orange blended with 1/4 (or so) avocado

I'll let you know how it tastes!

I forgot about the sprouted lentils. Those added a nice protein and deliciousness to the salad.
Dressing should be 3/4 orange and 1/2 avocado. Maybe a little lemon to make it runnier.
I added salt and pepper because I had to!
But it was delish.
