Eating Mindfully

Here is the problem: Just shoveling food into my mouth.

Eating without thinking.

Eating when I am bored.

Overeating at night. (I eat fine during the day.)

Fortunately, my library has a book I can take out: Eating the moment: 141 Mindful Eating Solutions

I WILL GET THERE! I WILL GET MY HEALTH AND MY LIFE BACK!
