Yesterday went pretty well. I mowed a little too much low-fat popcorn before bed BUT it could've been worse. Fortunately, tonight I have SOOOOOO much to do that I won't have time to do anything other than eat dinner and get busy.
What were the three things?
1. Write it all down.
2. Keep busy.
3. Positive Mental Attitude?
Oh wait, Blogging! Okay well, I'm doing okay so far. Moment by moment. Take it as it comes. When I feel myself contemplating overeating, I need to log on.
I put a journal in my purse today. I'm logging everything on Sparkpeople.com but it is for those times when a computer isn't near and I need to write down what I ate and talk about why I am not going to overeat.
I WILL GET BACK INTO MY WARDROBE AND IT WILL BE LEGEN....wait for it....DARY!
