The Only Way IT Works

Exercise.

Unfortunately, tonight my plans have changed and I am going to have to forgo the one thing that helps the most!!!

Also, eating 1200 calories a day and NO MORE helps too.

So it's official. I'm an adult who can't eat if I want to be thin. This entire week has been the balancing act of adjusting to less food. I've found substitutions and they work. AND I'm not starving myself because at the end of the day, I count up all the food and if I'm under 1000, I eat a little more.

But that exercise. My back is making it hard. But I'm fighting through it. Stretching, icing, walking...boring! I want my elliptical. Okay, this isn't for me to whine...mmmm....wine....
