We are in weight loss crisis mode. Lose the weight...keep it off. I could care less about the latter.
I want to be fitting better into a particular pair of black pants by the end of the next week. This is do-able.
1) Walk daily.
2) Ab crunches - 100 bicycles daily.
3) Push ups - 75 daily.
4) Veggies, protein.
If I exercise after work, I'm too busy to overeat or drink booze. I've switched back to the low calorie, high octane summertime drink of vodka soda.
Last night I was told: Day-by-Day
It can be moment-by-moment.
With a 1200 calorie-a-day diet, it is possible to lose 10 pounds per month. I'll keep you posted (wink, wink.)

Okay, so Friday's dinner will be lean chicken breasts and vegetables on the grill. All the flavor, none of the guilt.
