Veggies, veggies and more veggies

It works! If I have carrots in the fridge or celery or cucumbers already cut up, I will eat those if I feel like snacking!

I've got my nutrition and exercise plan for the weekend - including tomorrow.

Keeping busy is VERY important. Housework keeps you from eating and burns additional calories.

I'm going to do this! I want to think ahead but I'm going to focus on going to the gym again after work (it's becoming part of the routine...WHOO HOO!)

Tomorrow, I'm going to focus on getting my walk in before work is over. We are on the 4th floor. I take the stairs almost every time I come or go. There's a sidewalk around the building. Four laps is a mile.

Tomorrow: 8 laps and twice up and down the stairs at lunch ought to help! Maybe I should start doing that everyday on top of my after work regime.

How exciting! I can feel the pounds melting off.
