...I went to a doctor's appointment yesterday and was weighed. And what is a good word for the opposite of progress?
It just strengthened my resolve. I've definitely had moments wherein I've slacked. Well, no more.
I just figure with the work I have been doing, I'd see some results. I'm definitely not 25 and have no choice but to starve myself (practically) and exercise religiously to lose weight.
I might have to whip out the Weight Watchers journal BUT I know that most days, I'm not even eating all of the points...Just the journal for the weekend. That's a GREAT idea! I'm good during the week.
Journal on the weekend and make sure there are at least two walks and 1 strength training.
