If the scale isn't a gauge, then my pants are...
The scale says nothing has changed. So do my pants. I care less about the scale than I do about my pants. Seeing as I have to be SMALLER to get into the dress, it's time to make some additional changes.
I've done "okay" with the food. I should keep working to do better.
Here's the additional step - and I've said it before - walking. This isn't going to happen without exercise. I used to be able to lose weight solely watching what I ate. I'm not in my 20s anymore.
Abs and arms at home, walking wherever at least 30 minutes every day. Ideally, first thing.
So there you have it. No progress. New changes.

Maybe you should start wearing a pedometer. I know it is a bit dorky, but when I wear mine I am definitely more aware of my walking throughout the day. If you don't hit 10,000 steps - you need to go for a walk in the evening.
