Routine

As you can tell, I've been off my routine this week. I become lax on the weekends, of course, but I'm just now writing on Thursday??

This HAS to work. I have 3 months to lose 30 pounds. End of story. I've calculated the size and how much I weigh when I am that size. Now its time to do the work. Lots of work.

Without routine, this will be more of a challenge.

Routine:
Food - Egg Whites, Salad, Protein, Veggies.
Booze - None. If any on the weekend.
Walking - DAILY.
Weights - Every other day.
Yoga? Sure. Pilates? Great. ALL OF IT. STARTING NOW!!!! NO CHOICE!

Done. That's the routine. The beauty of this quest is that I HAVE to attain the goal. I have to be thinner. I do not have a choice. I am in a wedding and I have to fit into that dress.

Starting today.

Exercise, food control.

I WILL DO IT!!!!
