If you don't like it, don't eat it.
I spared myself more calories than I needed last night by evaluating whether or not a food was what I wanted.
It's not my favorite thing to do to send food back at a restaurant but I didn't like it. Bruschetta, too many mushrooms and not enough tomatoes and WAY too much balsamic vinegar. It was way to0 tangy.
If it is in front of you, you do not have to eat it. Plain and simple.
I'm pretty sure that if I quit drinking wine during the week, that I would lose weight. Eat or drink (and be merry) but not both! Not until Friday and Saturday...
