I did "okay" this weekend. I did better than I have. So focus on that. Baby Steps.
I guess I get a pat on the back. Good job, Jen. Way to not eat as much as you would've. Now be good this week!
Now go do some sit ups and get your core strong so you can start spending your evenings on the elliptical. Whoo hoo!! That is so exciting.
I'm also buying an ipod shuffle tonight. They are on sale. It's time to replace my old MP3.
BTW, beer can chicken is my new favorite food. Too bad I'm not allowed anywhere near a grill (there was an unfortunate mishap this weekend leaving me with very little arm hair and a few less eyelashes).

I am now an official itrain website junkie. THANK YOU! When Joe gets a job, I am celebrating with Mommy Boot Camp. I can walk, stretch, lunge, etc. while pushing the stroller!!
Also, ditto on the beer can chicken. Remember all those chickens we had for Tracy's shower that we never cooked????
